Had a nice breakfast this morning, before my workout.
Don't forget to eat before working out, your body will need the energy and you will be able to go even further during your exercises.
If you want to loose more fat by working out in the morning, try to eat at least one banana or another fruit before working out.
Don't forget :
Strong is the new skinny
1 ripe banana
One spoon of whey protein (Vanilla tastes the best)
--> Mix all ingredients until you have a smooth dough
You can garnish your pancakes with some wildberries or raspberries like I did
Or try them with some cinnamon.
